Xylanase

Description

Xylan is contained commonly in a variety of feed materials, like wheat, rye, corn, soybean meal, etc. It causes a high viscosity in the intestinal tract,

which prevents the digestive absorption of protein and fat.

Definition of content

One unit of xylanase activity is defined as the amount of enzyme that liberates 1 micromole of reducing sugar per minute from 5.0 mg/mL of xylan

at pH 5.5 and 37℃.

Function

(1)  Degrade xylan, reduce the viscosity of chyme in the intestinal tract.

(2)  Break down the structure of the cell wall and eliminate the anti-nutritional factors, thus improving the digestion efficiency of nutrient substance.

(3) Improve the metabolic energy of feed, lower feed cost and improve feed quality.

(4) Generate a large amount of xylo-oligosaccharides, improve the intestinal microflora, and benefit animal health.

Dosage

Recommended dosage in complete feed of xylanase with 10000 U/g:100g/T.

1. In premix, dosage should be calculated based on the suitable proportion of complete feed.
2. Please dilute it with other feed ingredients before mixing.
3. The dosage of xylanase should be raised if the content of wheat increases in formula.
